File a Claim

If you need to file a claim, you need to know if your move is registered or unregistered. If you move within the same province, your move is unregistered. If your move crosses a provincial border or the US border, your move is registered.
 
For registered moves, please file a claim through United Van Lines Canada. Click the link below and enter your last name, as well as your registration number.

For unregistered moves, please select from the following two options.

1. Save Excel form, fill it out, and email it to
