What is FAIM?
FAIM brings you (the client) unique benefits in that every aspect of a certified moving company is rigorously examined, from the time of making the first call to the company (which is monitored) to the final completion of all the paperwork and closing of the file. What is FIDI?
FIDI is a global network of quality-certified international moving companies. All companies within the network are certified under FIDI’s unique quality programme, FAIM, which requires each company to be independently inspected and audited at least every two years. These quality audits cover every area of operation of a FIDI company, taking in to account its financial status, management processes, personnel knowledge and competence, compliance with legal, environmental and contractual requirements as well as physical operations.

Mission is to provide a forum for the advancement of integrity, quality, mutual co-operation to those companies focused on the intercontinental movement of household effects and to carry out programs and studies designed to help promote affiliates' competitiveness within the international moving and storage marketplace.
